My reflexology and Reiki work focuses on supporting the nervous system and overall relaxation. Clients often seek sessions for help with:

Before becoming a Reflexologist in 2015, I provided Reiki treatments beginning in 2001. This background allows sessions to be intuitive and responsive -- ranging from very gentle to more focused work, as appropriate.
