Suzanne — CertIfied and Registered Reflexologist, Certified Reiki Practitioner, and Community Radio Host
I’ve been offering Reflexology and Reiki while also volunteering as a community radio host in Prince Edward County for over ten years. At first glance, these may seem like very different roles, but to me they come from the same place — a genuine interest in people and a desire to connect in meaningful ways..
In my Reflexology and Reiki practice, this openness takes on a quieter form. Sessions are calm, grounding, and the focus is entirely on you. My role is to create a safe and supportive space, listen deeply, and work with care and intention.
When working in a session, my intention is always to offer care, respect, and a sense of ease. The healing space is private and peaceful. You can expect a calm, supportive environment where the focus is entirely on you.
Treatments offer a much slower pace than radio — a space where client and practitioner can relax, connect and support the body's natural balance.

Host and producer of an eclectic mix of music and magazine show
Alongside my holistic practice, I have been volunteering at Prince Edward County's community radio station for more than ten years. I truly enjoy meeting people who are doing amazing things in the community. Producing a show that informs and satisfies our collective curiosity is exceptionally rewarding.
Through the show, I continue to learn and develop new skills while informing (and hopefully entertaining) listeners. Coordinating interviews and preparing each broadcast feeds my creativity while staying connected with the Prince Edward County community.
I'm naturally open and transparent, so although I feel confident on air, I still experience moments of nervousness -- especially when interviewing people I really admire. I also love creating a three-hour music show, as music is another kind of therapy. Working among creative people and listening to inspiring music definitely brings out the enthusiastic, and sometimes playful side.
While these two roles and settings are quite different, they are rooted in my interest in people so whether it's on the air or in the treatment room, it always comes back to connection.
