Suzanne — CertIfied and Registered Reflexologist, Certified Reiki Practitioner, and Community Radio Host
I’ve been offering Reflexology and Reiki while also volunteering as a community radio host in Prince Edward County for over ten years. At first glance, these may seem like very different roles, but to me they come from the same place — a genuine interest in people and a desire to connect in meaningful ways.
On the radio, I have the opportunity to meet individuals who are doing interesting and important things in our community. I also enjoy creating a music show. We often say music is another form of therapy!
I’m a naturally open and transparent person, and that sometimes shows — especially when I’m nervous or meeting someone I admire.
In my Reflexology and Reiki practice, this openness takes on a quieter form. Sessions are calm, grounding, and the focus is entirely on you. My role is to create a safe and supportive space, listen deeply, and work with care and intention.
When working one on-one in a reflexology session, my intention is always to offer care, respect, and a sense of ease. The healing space is private and peaceful. You can expect a calm, supportive environment where the focus is entirely on you.
Treatments offer a much slower pace than radio — a space where client and practitioner relax, connect and bring back balance.
You can hear me on THE BEAT and THE COUNTY GRAPEVINE every Tuesday from 10 AM to 2 PM Eastern on 99.3 County FM, available by livestream wherever you have Wi-Fi.

Suzanne has been volunteering at her community radio station in Prince Edward County for ten years. She enjoys meeting people who are doing amazing things in the community and putting together a show to both inform and satisfy our collective curiosity.
It may seem like an odd coupling of occupations, but it makes complete sense to her because she gets to learn and utilize more skills while servicing people. Coordinating interviews and preparing the show appeases the desire to create while working with her community.
